I am a 34 year old working mother and at least 40 lbs over weight. I bought a 6 week boot camp pkg and am terrified that I wont be able to keep up. Will my current lack of strength and stamina be a distraction to others or in any way slow down their progress?

You can absolutely do this! We have peole at every level and age and they alll get maximum results. I promise you will not stand out in any way and that you can do it. If you would like to make an appointment for a consultation first I would be happy to do that. It is part of our service. Or just pick a class you want to attend and show up about 10 minutes early the first time. I will look forward to meeting you!

We allow people to attend as many as they want whenever they want. Three times a week is recommended but some of our clients get better results if they come four times and we have some hard core folks who come five. Once classes are regularly hitting 12-14 we add new classes. This is group personal training and we like to keep it personal!
Interested in the boot camps — do you have childcare available?
I am sorry we don’t. We have a space for child care if we could find someone that wanted to do one.
