		<description>I put this to the test and was amazed at the results. Personal goals I had worked on and struggled with for a couple of years finally began to take hold. Writing the goals daily helped me remember them, but it was also like it became &quot;written in my heart.&quot; Changing was a lot easier than it had been previously. It actually makes me more excited to set and work on my goals because I know I can achieve them.
